Ana Davis is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of VIA QRC, bringing more than 15 years of experience leading quality, risk, compliance, and operational excellence programs across food, nutraceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical environments. She currently serves in senior global quality leadership within the biotech industry, where she leads enterprise quality systems strategy, risk management, audit and inspection readiness, operational quality, data governance, and scalable compliance infrastructure initiatives.

Ana specializes in building practical, right-sized quality and compliance programs that align regulatory expectations with operational efficiency. 

Joel Davis serves as Chief Operating Officer of VIA QRC, supporting operational strategy, business operations, client engagement, and organizational development. Joel brings a strong operational mindset and collaborative leadership approach that supports VIA’s commitment to practical execution, responsive partnership, and efficient service delivery.

As COO, Joel oversees business operations and organizational support functions that enable VIA to deliver scalable, high-quality consulting services across regulated industries. His focus on operational coordination helps ensure projects are delivered with efficiency, and attention to detail.

Nakari Rodriguez serves as Clinical Consultant for VIA QRC, bringing decades of healthcare leadership and nursing experience across skilled nursing, behavioral health, long-term care, and intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) environments. She currently serves as Director of Nursing and has extensive experience leading clinical operations, regulatory readiness, state survey preparation, corrective action planning, staff development, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.

Her clinical expertise and deep understanding of healthcare regulatory environments provide VIA clients with practical, operationally grounded support for healthcare quality, compliance, and patient care readiness initiatives.
